Terms of Use — Emerald Tools

Emerald Tools is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store (product page).

License

Emerald Tools is licensed to you, not sold. Because no custom license agreement is provided, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

Emerald Tools is an auto-renewing subscription. Two plans are offered — monthly and yearly — and both start with a 14-day free trial.

You are not charged during the trial. When the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically and the first payment is taken.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Once a paid period begins, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. To stop a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Prices are shown on the App Store product page and at checkout. The price shown in the App Store for your country or region is the one that applies.
Family Sharing is not supported.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple — you can submit one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
